Label printing as a service
Send your data, get a label on the printer. Design shipping labels, pallet labels and delivery documents in the browser, request them with one REST call, see exactly what will be printed, and print on any printer in your warehouse. No print servers to run, no label software to install.
The same label, as the preview shows it: rendered by BarQoPrint from a layout and your data, not a mock-up.
Features
One service for the labels your carriers scan and the documents your customers read, run by SimpleLogistics so your team only has to send the data.

How it works
Design
Drag text, data fields, tables, logos and barcodes onto an A4 page or a 4×6" label. Bind data with {{order.number}}.
Publish
A published version is frozen. Every document records the version it used, so it can be reproduced years later.
Call
Your system sends the data in one REST request and gets the finished label and its download link back straight away.
Preview & print
Check the pages or labels dot for dot, then send the job to a printer in your own network.
High performance
Built for the busiest hour at the loading dock: labels are rendered in parallel, answered straight away, and never generated twice.
to render a 4×6" shipping label with barcodes and QR code
REST call returns the label, its download link and a preview
repeat requests: the stored label is returned instead of rendered again
jobs when a printer or PC is offline: every printer keeps its own queue
30 barcode types
Every one works in PDF and ZPL. Check digits are added for SSCC, GTIN and EAN, and invalid values are reported with the element that holds them.
Your printers stay behind your firewall
A small agent on a PC in your warehouse collects its print jobs over a secure connection. No open ports, a queue per printer, and an alert the minute an agent stops reporting.
- A small agent for Windows or Linux, installed in minutes
- Zebra and other network label printers, any office printer, hot folders
- Pending jobs per printer: cancel, retry, clean up a queue
- Heartbeat light per agent, e-mail or webhook when one goes down
